KASP’s Strategic Advisory exists to close that gap. We work directly with CISOs and risk leaders to formulate plans that reflect the real constraints of their organisation (budget, board appetite, talent, and competing priorities) rather than a generic framework applied from the outside.

Because our advisors have sat in the CISO seat themselves, we don’t just hand over a strategy; we help convert it into a sequenced set of operational tasks, with clear ownership, milestones, and the internal narrative needed to secure buy-in from the board, the executive team, and the wider business.
