Spencer Mott
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Spencer is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Security Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at major corporations, including Booking.com, Booking Holdings, McKesson, Amgen, and Electronic Arts. He has led global cybersecurity, fraud, and risk programmes, managing large teams across multiple brands and geographies. Now as the co-founder of KASP Solutions, a cybersecurity consultancy based in Europe, he specialises in cybersecurity services, coaching, and mentoring. A former UK Metropolitan Police detective, Spencer is passionate about technology, innovation, and building high-performing teams. He established KASP Solutions as a means of connecting proven and very experienced security professionals to clients who seek high quality outcomes at a fair price.

Katarina Mott
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Katarina is co-founder and Managing Partner at KASP Solutions.
She has a background in international HR and recruitment. She has also spent over a decade volunteering in youth sports, including as a board member, both in the US and Sweden, work she cares about as much as anything on her CV.
At KASP, she is the one who makes sure the business runs, and increasingly the one shaping how the firm continues to grow, bringing how she thinks about leadership and community to turn business and operations into a culture people want to work in.

Neena Ballard
Senior Security Consultant
Neena is a cybersecurity professional with over 22 years of experience in cybersecurity programme development, risk management, governance, compliance, and GRC platform implementation. She has designed and implemented security processes to enhance organisational security posture, collaborating with diverse professionals and executives. Neena holds an MS in Legal Studies (Cybersecurity & Privacy) from Albany Law School and an MSCIS from Regis University, along with CISSP, CISM, and CRISC certifications. Passionate about mentorship and diversity in cybersecurity, she supports women in the field through Executive Women’s Forum and Salesforce Women in Security and has developed cybersecurity training for Girl Scouts of America.

A UK Military veteran with 24 years of service, he has held leadership roles at major corporations, including Cable & Wireless, SKY, McKesson, and Booking.com. Chris specialises in building and revitalising cybersecurity programmes with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. As Chair of NSIE for CPNI, he has bridged government and industry security efforts. Now at KASP Solutions, he provides expert consultancy in IT security, business continuity, and disaster recovery, driving excellence in cybersecurity and organisational resilience.

Her experience spans process and system improvements, project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement and leading international teams. Most recently, she led a large transformation programme within Booking.com’s technology organisation, bringing together project delivery, organisational change and operating model improvements. Annelize combines strong governance and risk expertise with a collaborative, people-centred approach to helping organisations navigate complex change. Stuart Shevlin

Stuart is an intelligence and security leader with over a decade of experience helping global organisations anticipate, prepare for and respond to complex geopolitical, operational and security challenges. He has held roles at Booking.com, Google and Apple, where he built and led global capabilities spanning geopolitical advisory, protective intelligence, investigations, crisis management and operational resilience, supporting operations internationally.
