Spencer is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience as a Chief Security Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at major corporations, including Booking.com, Booking Holdings, McKesson, Amgen, and Electronic Arts. He has led global cybersecurity, fraud, and risk programmes, managing large teams across multiple brands and geographies. Now as the co-founder of KASP Solutions, a cybersecurity consultancy based in Europe, he specialises in cybersecurity services, coaching, and mentoring. A former UK Metropolitan Police detective, Spencer is passionate about technology, innovation, and building high-performing teams. He established KASP Solutions as a means of connecting proven and very experienced security professionals to clients who seek high quality outcomes at a fair price.

Katarina is co-founder and Managing Partner at KASP Solutions.

She has a background in international HR and recruitment. She has also spent over a decade volunteering in youth sports, including as a board member, both in the US and Sweden, work she cares about as much as anything on her CV.

At KASP, she is the one who makes sure the business runs, and increasingly the one shaping how the firm continues to grow, bringing how she thinks about leadership and community to turn business and operations into a culture people want to work in.

Neena is a cybersecurity professional with over 22 years of experience in cybersecurity programme development, risk management, governance, compliance, and GRC platform implementation. She has designed and implemented security processes to enhance organisational security posture, collaborating with diverse professionals and executives. Neena holds an MS in Legal Studies (Cybersecurity & Privacy) from Albany Law School and an MSCIS from Regis University, along with CISSP, CISM, and CRISC certifications. Passionate about mentorship and diversity in cybersecurity, she supports women in the field through Executive Women’s Forum and Salesforce Women in Security and has developed cybersecurity training for Girl Scouts of America.

Chris is a seasoned security leader with expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and team leadership, particularly in telecommunications. A UK Military veteran with 24 years of service, he has held leadership roles at major corporations, including Cable & Wireless, SKY, McKesson, and Booking.com. Chris specialises in building and revitalising cybersecurity programmes with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. As Chair of NSIE for CPNI, he has bridged government and industry security efforts. Now at KASP Solutions, he provides expert consultancy in IT security, business continuity, and disaster recovery, driving excellence in cybersecurity and organisational resilience.

Dan is the Chief Information Security Officer at Arrive, with more than 20 years of experience across technology, cybersecurity and privacy. He previously served as CISO at RIPE NCC and Paramount EMEA, and as a Cybersecurity Strategist at BlueVoyant. His work focuses on security strategy, governance, risk, privacy and cybersecurity procurement, with an emphasis on practical, business-aligned decision-making.

Neda is a seasoned product leader, strategy consultant, board advisor and executive coach with over 17 years of global experience across technology, digital transformation and organisational growth. As Group Director of Trust and Safety at Booking.com and Booking Holdings, she led global strategy and multidisciplinary teams spanning product, machine learning, engineering, data science, risk, compliance and operations. She has delivered enterprise-wide transformations, carried significant P&L responsibility, and advised senior executives and boards on strategy, governance, growth and enterprise risk management. Operating across Europe, the UK, Africa and the US, she helps founders and senior leaders turn bold ambition into decisive action and sustainable results, and is recognised for her work advancing diversity and inclusion and coaching women in technology.

Annelize is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of international experience in audit, risk, governance and business transformation. She has held senior leadership roles at Booking Holdings and worked with organisations including KPMG and several large Dutch companies. Her experience spans process and system improvements, project delivery, governance, stakeholder engagement and leading international teams. Most recently, she led a large transformation programme within Booking.com’s technology organisation, bringing together project delivery, organisational change and operating model improvements. Annelize combines strong governance and risk expertise with a collaborative, people-centred approach to helping organisations navigate complex change. She is also the founder of BeeYou, her leadership coaching practice.

Leighton is a security analyst in Sweden, supporting KASP’s web and cloud infrastructure. He secures applications and cloud environments, works on the safety of AI and LLM systems, and builds the automation and tooling that makes security repeatable rather than manual. His approach is hands-on and evidence-led: verify rather than assume, and treat security as a first-class requirement, not an afterthought. He is deepening his work in offensive and AI security, with a growing focus on operational technology.

Stuart is an intelligence and security leader with over a decade of experience helping global organisations anticipate, prepare for and respond to complex geopolitical, operational and security challenges. He has held roles at Booking.com, Google and Apple, where he built and led global capabilities spanning geopolitical advisory, protective intelligence, investigations, crisis management and operational resilience, supporting operations internationally. His experience combines strategic advisory with hands-on operational delivery, from developing intelligence programmes and leading threat investigations to supporting executives through digital exposure reviews, threat response, travel security, and digital and physical counter-espionage training. At KASP Solutions, he provides consultancy across intelligence, geopolitical risk, protective intelligence, investigations, executive digital security and crisis management.
